Exclusive Service
Occupational Therapist specialising in Neurorehabilitation
At The London Neurocognitive Clinic, our Occupational Therapists play a central role in helping clients rebuild independence, confidence, and function in everyday life. We work with individuals presenting with acquired brain injury, functional neurological disorder, long Covid, and a range of neuropsychiatric and neurocognitive conditions , often as part of a wider multidisciplinary team.
What does being an OT at LNC involve?
Our Occupational Therapists work collaboratively with neuropsychologists, psychiatrists, and case managers to understand each client’s day-to-day challenges: from managing fatigue and cognitive load, to returning to work, to re-engaging with roles and routines that matter to them. Assessment and intervention go beyond symptom checklists; they’re grounded in understanding how difficulties show up in daily life, and what will genuinely help.
Where appropriate, our OTs contribute to broader neuropsychological formulations and multidisciplinary care plans, helping ensure each client’s rehabilitation is joined-up, practical, and oriented toward real-world outcomes.

What you’ll gain from this role:
- Genuine multidisciplinary collaboration
- Exposure to complex neurocognitive, neuropsychiatric, and medico-legal cases
- A clinic culture grounded in formulation-led, person-centred practice
- Opportunities to contribute to case management and expert-informed care
- Supportive supervision from senior clinical leadership
- Flexibility suited to remote and hybrid working, where role-appropriate

Who thrives in this role, and where can it take you?
If you enjoy working across disciplines rather than in isolation: you are comfortable holding clinical judgement in complex presentations where function, cognition, and emotional wellbeing all interact, and are keen to see your assessments feed into a genuinely holistic formulation, this role is for you. In return, you’ll have real influence beyond your own caseload: your reasoning shapes multidisciplinary formulations and, where relevant, medico-legal reports, while structured supervision and exposure to complex casework support your own clinical development.
Questions our clients ask
Frequently asked questions
You may have lots of questions and that’s understandable. We have provided some answers below to frequently asked questions but if you’re still unsure about something do get in contact with us.
Will I be working with adult clients, paediatric clients, or both?
Our OTs support both adult and paediatric populations, depending on caseload and clinical interest.
How does medico-legal work fit into the role?
Where relevant, OTs contribute functional assessments and reports to medico-legal cases, for example, evaluating capacity, care and support needs, or the functional impact of injury. This work sits alongside your core clinical caseload rather than replacing it, and training is provided for those new to this side of the work.
