Biography
Over the last twenty years, Dr Sullivan has worked in the fields of clinical, health, and coaching psychology. Her therapeutic approach is based on principles of CBT, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Problem-Focused Therapy. Her aim is to support clients in addressing problematic issues they are experiencing, drawing from empirically validated best practices.
Awards & Education
Dr Sullivan received a Diploma of Collegial Studies at McGill University in Canada, before completing a BA in Translation at Concordia University, Canada, and a BA in Psychology at McGill University. Dr Sullivan then went on to receive a PhD in clinical psychology from McGill University.
Dr Sullivan has extensive experience in both clinical and research settings, having published studies, and also hosted presentations on subjects such as stress management and job search burnout. Dr Sullivan can provide assessment and therapy for a variety of psychiatric conditions and health conditions, consulting with multi-disciplinary healthcare providers.
